try +ms=12,1,,,28800,40000
or
+ms=V90,1,28800,40000
or
+ms=V90,1,,,28800,40000

8\ seems different chipsets take different strings
best is to test +ms=12 or +ms=V90 first then see if it requires the
receive and transmit caps.
