On the portmaster you define the filters as filter.in and filter.out and
in radius the filter is just filter. The Portmaster then looks for the
.in and .out filters and applies them to the interface based on the
direction of the packets in relation to the port master. For example if
in radius the filer is blamo and blamo.in exists on the PM then blamo.in
is applied to packets coming into the PM. If blamo.out is defined then
it is applied to packets going out of the portmaster.
