We are in Redmond, WA and experienced so many problems with our PM4
connecting users that we have to run PM3s. Open a trouble ticket with
support...they cant help us with trouble tickets.

Subject: (PM) PM4 troubles

We are using Megapop who just upgraded there Seattle POP to a PM4 and now we
have a handfull of users who get weird sounds when calling and can only
connect about 1 in every 15-20 dials. Some of these users are using 56k
modems and some are using V.34 modems. We also have a few ISDN users who
dial in and get the B channel connected but never gets to a point of
authenticating the user. Just sits there. Two of the users are using 3Com
modems.

Anyone using PM4's experienced similiar problems? If so what are some of the
fixes etc...

Jim
