(PM) 2 channels?

Good Day,
I am dealing with a couple of dedicated customers right now, and they
seem to have a problem with their connection. When they are dialed up at
2 channels, their throughput goes to 0, can't ping them or traceroute to
them, but if you reset one of their channels, then the connection is
restored...until that 2nd channel dials up again. The customers are using
Ascend Routers, and they are dialing up to our PM3's running ComOS 3.8
As far as I can see, the Ascend's are configured correctly, (since I
have been onsite to them and swapped hardware) and the telco states that
there is no problem with the line. Has anyone else run into this problem
before? If so, what was the solution?
