I am doing this on one PM3 right now. The PRIs are different access
numbers from different switches belonging to different telcos, which
should be enough difference to satisfy everyone that this works

I also have a PM3 with two CT1s on different numbers from different
switches - same telco though.

Given the way PM3 line timing works, I'd be leery of lines of any kind
on loops from different switches - for example, putting a PM3 in a
building straddling a LATA boundary with a line from each side.
