If you start on a boundary of a power of two with a multiple of two for
the poolsize you will get fewer small pieces. My poolsize is 48 and I use
a start address that is a multiple of 16 which gives me only 2
announcements. If you are using 60 modems in your box and start on 16 you
will have 2 or 3 announcements per pool with a poolsize of 64. Only 2
announcements if you start on a multiple of 32. Really this should not be
a problem even with 100 boxes on your network all in the same OSPF area.
