I firmly believe that PMVision is much more user friendly than USR's Total
Control SNMP manager, in my opinion. The "Top Down" tree makes things so
simple! Keep up the excellent work!
--On a different note, I once worked in a technical support job. Please be easy on the technical support staff at Lucent RABU. They are humans too! I have received service from Lucent that excels in comparison to other companies I have dealt with and I have a great respect and admiration for the things that they have to deal with every single day. You all should too. Perhaps, sometimes it's a Monday morning or they havn't got enough coffee in their bloodstreams yet, that's no reason to call them incompetent! They know what they are doing, believe me. They've gotten me out of a jam a couple of times. I sympathize with these people and I give my kudos to all of the techs at Lucent who work on the phones. If anyone from Lucent RABU is listening, please print this out and show it to your techs, as a gesture of appreciation for the difficult job they have to do.
