(PM) Bipolar and Multiframe Sync Errors on CT1

I've been seeing a lot of Bipolar and Multiframe Sync errors on my PM3's
lately (CT1, B8ZS, ESF). I haven't actually caught them in the act of
incrementing the errors. I was wondering if somebody might know what could
cause this to happen? Thanks...
