They do, and the site is. See the somewhat lengthy post I just made analyzing
the handful of validation errors left on the hompage.

I haven't noticed anything from the old site that is missing on the new
one. And I have noticed a few nice additions, like Quick Search.

I have not noticed any slowdown in the site as I browse around - admittedly
with the old site gone I can't do a direct side by side. And I don't feel
it is less navigable - but that is always a matter of opinion.
