(PM) BRI no-service on PM2e

Greetings,

I have an ORU in a remote POP that dials into a PM2e w/ 5-BRI card (COM OS
3.7.2) at another POP. This afternoon I noticed that one of the ports for
this connection on the PM2e has gone into NO-SERVICE. I've read through
the threads on this here and it seems that the only solution is to reboot
the PM2e? Is this the _only_ way to take the port out of this state?

I've tried resetting the ports, rebooting the ORU, etc. but didn't do the
trick. I'll have to wait until much later tonight to reboot the PM2e when
there are less users on the system.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
