The GTE guys cant find a problem with our line but the PM3 keeps dumping
users from 1 to 7 times aday with a NO-SERVICE message then goes to IDLE
so users can get back on gain the following is what is current status
after a 2 days 6 hour period of the unit not being rebooted. we are
on version
3.8b13
