I have a customer that has a Motorola Modem Surfer 56K modem that he just
upgraded for the v.90 capability. I can hear the 56K negotiations,
however, it always downshifts and connects at 31,200 or lower. I have
tried different initialization strings and adjusting my port speed,
however, nothing has worked yet. If anyone has any experience with this
or has any ideas, let me know!!
