(PM) FIX: Packard Hell Win95 TCP/IP

HI

We have run into this problem several times. Many older 1 to 2 years old
PB's have several winsock apps installed (aol & others). Each with their
own winsock.

We search the C drive for *sock*.* and delete them all. Then go to a good
machine, do the same thing, and copy the files to a floppy disk. Go to the
PB and copy the correct *sock*.* files into the proper place and "TADA", it
all works.

My .02 worth.
