Hello,

I had exactly the same problem on one PM3 and the problem appears to
have been fixed by setting directory numbers on the ports. Our
distributor has come across this a couple of times, something like:

set all directory 12345678

(using your real inbound number) may work. This is assuming you aren't
already using directory numbers, if you are then ignore this message.

I just had the same problem last week.

Only a powercycle helps. My local livingston representative confirmed
today.

This seems to happen everytime the telco boots the switch. (Normally in
the middle of the night - Cest la vie :()

The experience of our customer was that you needed BOTH:
set all directory 123456
save all
followed by a power cycle did the job.

An earlier power-cycle did not help, nor did just setting directory number,
but the subsequent power cycle did.

Og course it is always possible that it was something else that was done when
we were floundering around which cleared the problem, but this combination
does look good.
