(PM) MLPPP ISDN broken for some in 3.8bXX

Since we've been using the ComOS 3.8 betas (b13, b15, and b17) we've had a
number of users with Cisco 776 ISDN routers have multilink troubles.
Basically, the PM3 is "ghosting" the connection and causing all sorts of
problems. They'll connect in the morning fine, then disconnect. If they
try and connect a few minutes later, the PM3s think the user is still
connected, and try and "bond" them into the ghosted channels, thus
exceeding their RADIUS-assigned Port Limit of two. When I removed the Port
Limits, I saw that they were getting assigned IP addresses out of the last
PM3 they had succesfully connected to. Of course, they didnt route or work
at this point. Very weird stuff. I've got a ticket open with Livingston
support, but since it went in on Thursday, I've not heard a peep because of
the holiday weekend. I've also got a user with a 3com Impact IQ
experiencing similar problems, but I've only been able to confirm this on
around 6 Cisco 776 users that we have. Other TAs dont seem to have a
problem, my OR-U at home works fine, as well as several TAs we have at the
office. The users are all dynamic IP, all were working up until the 3.8
betas. We're currently running 3.8b17/PRIs. Anyone else see anything
similar?
