I'm still getting Called-Station-Id and Calling-Station-Id with b17
and got them with b15.

However, on two PRIs out of two COs, when Bell Atlantic upgraded the
5ESS "generic" (switch OS) from generic 9 to generic 10, our PMs
stopped seeing the Called-Station-Id digits. BA's protocol analyzer
said they were still sending the digits.

We see the digits if they send all 7 but not if they send only 4. On
one PRI we get 10 digits of Calling-Station-Id, and we've had no
problem seeing them after the switch upgrade (or before).

It's not easy to get a telco to tell you they changed a switch OS ...
