we have a slight problem here. We are currently selling alot of x2
acer modems here, and they are having a problem connecting to the pm3 box.
We have a hunt group of pm2's here, and they work fine with them. They
also connect fine with the pm3's, but what happens is this: data transfer
(either way) is very slow. It's almost equivalent to a 2400baud modem. I
have yet to try any specific init strings, more then likely if i force it
back to v.34 it will work fine. But i'm wondering if there is any
workarounds i can do on the server side? Or, if it's reccomended that i
downgrade, or upgrade to a specific version?
