I think I've seen this a couple times with BA. The CONNECT
messages come in via the D channel because they are talking and trying to
setup the channels, but there are no B channels to pass the LCP REQUESTS
(But the D channels "think" there are B channels to hand off to, and
report them IDLE vice NO SERVICE) . You might want to check whether you
actually have B channel connectivity at both ends. One thing that I
usually do in this case is to attach to each of the S1 and S2 ports and
try an ATDT <phone number at other end>. If you get your login: prompt
then there is nothing wrong with the lines. You might also want to give
Mike Jonas a call at BA.
