Nope.

Yep, and yes. MZ has said it a dozen times on this list. Check the
portmaster archives.

MTU is sent BEFORE the radius info, so if its already negotiated by the
remote end, its not going to allow Radius to renegotiate it.

The ONLY way you can FORCE the remote end to use YOUR MTU setting is to
have them use a scripted login, basically NOT DO PAP.
