(PM) DUN Connection Problem

I hope this isn't to far off topic. But yesterday I was helping a customer
set up his DUN connection under Win 95B. He has DUN installed, TCP/IP in
stalled. But when he looked at the server types for the properties of his
connection all he saw is:

Type of Dial-Up Server: DEFAULT
Advanced options:

O Log on to network
X Enable software compression
X Require encrypted password

That's all, he doesn't see "Allowed network protocols" under Server Types.
When he clicks OK, he receives "Dial-Up Networking requires at least one
network protocol. Select one from the list.", and there is no list to select
from.

I had him try to uninstall all the network components and DUN, but when we
re-installed everything same problem.

Anyway, I had him stop by last night and pick up a disk with DUN 1.2 on it,
and advised him to remove all DUN connections, network components, and DUN.
Then use the DUN 1.2 upgrade to install DUN. Hopefully, this will fix the
problem. Otherwise he'll have to reinstall his Win 95, and he doesn't have
all the disks for his software. The manufacturer didn't supply them.
