(PM) Packet Loss

This may have been covered previously and I missed it, but we need some
assistance. Over the past 3 or 4 days we have been receiving complaints
about connections dying at one of our POPs. We have a mix of PM-2Es and
PMs at this site. The PM-2Es are running Com OS 3.7.2 and the PM-3s are
running ComOS 3.7.2c3. What we see is that when dial up customers with
dynamic TCP/IP Addresses try to go to locations like Yahoo, they
seemingly lose routing to the site. We will see anywhere from a 25% to
50% packet loss. Dial up customers with static IP addresses do not lose
routing and typically will lose less than 1% of their packet traffic to
the same sites. Tests were run simulateously using test machines one
with static IP address and one without. Traffic from the ethernet
segment is virtually 100% accurate. This problem has just started in
the last 3 to 4 days and we have not had any changes in the POP. We
have other POPs in the area all with similar configurations and have no
problems at those sites.

Typical configs for our PM-2Es and PM-3s follow:

PM-2E:
System Name: pm-yorkpa-1
Default Host: ns2.netrax.net
Alternate Hosts:
IP Gateway: 205.231.170.1

RADIUS Server: ns2.netrax.net
Alternate Server: ns1.netrax.net
Accounting Server: ns2.netrax.net
Alt. Acct. Server: 0.0.0.0
PPP Authentication: PAP: on CHAP: off
Disabled Modules: OSPF BGP

PM-3:
System Name: pm-yorkpa-4
Default Host: 205.231.160.101
Alternate Hosts:
IP Gateway: 205.231.170.1
Gateway Metric: 1
Default Routing: Broadcast
Name Service: DNS
Name Server: 205.231.160.100
Domain: netrax.net
Telnet Access Port: 23

Alt. Acct. Server: 0.0.0.0
PPP Authentication: PAP: on CHAP: off
ISDN Switch Type: NI-2
End Point Disc: None
Disabled Modules: OSPF BGP

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

TIA
