(PM) ITU v.90 info

A situation arose today when a customer insisted that the ITU standard is
official, and that the delay in ratifying the standard is only a
formality. He sited this page:

He claimed that if Lucent wasn't fully supporting the standard, then they
are "falling behind" and we are falling behind with them.

I know this isn't true, but it did occur that all of my sources are
Lucent based. I had no proof to return fire with.

Can anyone provide me with sources other than Lucent that I can refer
customers to regarding the current state of v.90?
