(heh - hadda resend this three times, 'cause I kept misspelling the
address. "@livingston.net" or "@livinston.com" ;)

FYI: Weird PRI problem solved!

(Almost certainly, anyway.)

To make a long story short:

February - PRI lines installed, coming from AT&T 5ESS switch. They work
great.

June - forced to move to PRI lines coming from another office in town,
Nortel swich. They work shitty.

Answer?

This Nortel switch doesn't support National ISDN-2, only NI-1, so it
doesn't have the right protocols to handle high-speed data connections.

We're being switch back to the 5ESS this afternoon, until they get their
damn Nortel switch working properly.

Hope this helps if anyone else runs into similar problems, since this is
apparently a pretty common mistake. (Info from a Nortel engineer.)

Why am I not surprised that I had to uncover this answer myself, and
that the telco didn't know about it? <sigh>
