(PM) cistron radiusd errors

We keep getting the following errors in our radius.log from cistron:

Sun Jun 28 12:37:02 1998: Error: Accounting: logout: login entry for NAS
pm3-0 port 11 not found
Sun Jun 28 12:37:03 1998: Error: Accounting: logout: login entry for NAS
pm3-9 port 22 not found
Sun Jun 28 12:37:14 1998: Error: Accounting: logout: login entry for NAS
tc1 port 21 not found

I found where this happens in acct.c but was unable to determine the
cause. Can somebody tell me what causes this and how to correct it?
