The T1 in question is a 20 mile point to point with a PM3-2T on either
side. We ended up using Line2 (the SYNCH WAN card) in one PM-3 to connect
to the Line1 of the other PM-3. This DID NOT work until we turned on the
internal clock generator in the SYNCH card. Anyway - in this case, which
may be the exception to the rule, the Telco is not supplying the clock
signal for the span and we needed to generate one from the PM-3.
