1. RADIUS issues go to portmaster-radius, not portmaster-users.
2. There is a forum for Merit RADIUS I believe, you'd probably get more
on topic answers there.
Now - this is completely vague. I suggest you go back and RTFM so you
can run debugs on the RADIUS server and the NAS. Make sure the RADIUS
server is getting the auth requests, and determine if it is ACKing or
NAKing them. If it is ACKing them - then the NAS is probably misconfigured.
If it is NAKing them, then something in RADIUS is failing auth.
