That's probably BellSouth - we had problems kind of like that with BRIs
on an Ascend MAX 1800.

Wasn't this hashed to death here recently? Or was that on inet-access?

Anyway, the latest release for all platforms except the PM3 is 3.7.2.
The only release since then for the PM3 was 3.7.2c3, which had some bug
fixes for some PM3 specific bugs. The 3.8 betas have only been released
for the PM3 for several reasons: the PM3 is the most complicated, and it
is a mess to try to run beta programs on several different platforms
simultaneously.
