It is - IF you configure the PM to use RADIUS Netmasks.

'set user-netmask on'

This is what you should do.

Second best is to use the Framed-IP-Route in RADIUS.

> add route 192.168.1.0/29 192.168.1.1 1

I wouldn't do this - static routes in a unit for a dialup user have up and
vanished in the past. And this is not officially encouraged.
