Hmm, if they can go outside they are going across the local net.

Which way did you do it in my examples? The RIP or the SubNet way?

What you can try is when the user is logged in if it is 95/NT do a
netstat -nr and post the results and on the PM, IRX do a sh route, and from
the computer on your net your are trying to reach try the same and lets
compare the routing table results.
