(PM) PM 3 down

I tried to upgrade to the latest beta 3.8b17. I said it was
sucessful and I should reboot. Now my PM 3 is down hard. I
know there is a procedure to get it back, but I can't find
it. Anyone out there recovered a PM 3 before? I plugged
into the console port and it wants to do a net boot from a
bootp server. Doesn't do me much good since I'm not running
bootp.
