(PM) 2 PM3's same IP address - problem!

I gave 2 PM3's the exact same IP address and the exact same configuration
- the logic was I could load one wioth the new beta, and if it did not
work, switch to the last known stable release with the drop of a switch.

All is OK EXCEPT - One of my servers refuses to recognize the PM3 (the
"new" one)

I suspect it is a problem with the server retaining the old mac address -
but I cannot figure out how to force it to "forget" the old address and
get a new address from the ethernet broadcast. The server is running
RedHat 4.2, and it is the one that was running PMMON, so it was constantly
connecting to the "original" PM3. Now I want it to connect to the "new"
pm3 that has the exact same IP address as the original one.

Can someone please point me in the right direction!

Thanks-

-Jeff
