(PM) Browsing Windows network with a PM-3

I have a PM-3 with a pri-isdn line that provides remote employees access
to corporate network resources and have thus far been unable to
configure the PM-3 to allow remote WIN-95 clients using dial-up
networking to be able to browse the network neighborhood. The ComOs is
3.5.1.4.
Has anyone tried to do this, and if so have you had any success?
