(PM) YARGH! Weird problem - any suggestions?!

PM3, ComOS 3.7.2c3, 2 PRI's (ESF, B8ZS, DMS-100)

Just switched to new PRI's - the phone company installed our original
PRI's in February, but ran out of capacity at that office, so they just
installed new PRI's and moved us over.

(With MAJOR problems - the lines weren't properly provisioned or
configured, and it caused many hassles and loss of service.)

Now the lines are working and mostly people get online ok.

BUT.

I have now gotten two different calls about customers who can connect
with their modem, but they don't get any login prompt. I worked with
the first guy for quite awhile, and when dialing manually with
Hyperterminal, he would occasionally see a login prompt, but it wouldn't
continue after that.

I'm deeply suspicious of these new phone lines, because these two guys
were working fine yesterday. But I'M STUMPED!

Whaddya do about that kinda stuff? These guys can dial into other
providers normally, just not into us.

Any suggestions? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
