I seem to have a small problem on my hand! I have 2 PM3. 1 is fully
loaded with 48 digital modems and 2 PRI's, the other has 20 digital modems
and 1 PRI. Each PM3 has its own number. For the last 3 weeks my
customers have been complaining that they are getting kicked off from the
1st portmaster (the one with 2 pri's). They stay connected anywhere from
10 seconds to 5 minutes and then loose the connection! However when they
dial into the other PM3 they experience no problems or rather disconnects.
I contacted Ameritech but they claim the lines are fine. I have yet to
call Livingston tech but I wanted to see if anyone has ever experienced a
problem like this before.
