EQL on portmasters is load balancing. we once had a
T1 die in our headquarters, so dialed out EQL with
a portmaster from HQ -> another POP, and watched the
traffic spread evenly from left to right, distributed
over all 18 lines ;) was pretty neat, and it worked
for the 3 hours we needed it to.
