I have the PM3 set to ESF and the Telco claims ESF as well.. The
Ameritech guy just called and is coming back out.. He said there is
something he forgot to check. This is very curious. He was not happy
about coming out the first time and left to go to bed, after telling us
the PM3 was the problem. Now he calls and asks "I fogot to check
something, would you mind if I come back out." Weird
