Talk me into it? Wouldn't be hard - I didn't want to leave in the first
place. I proposed telecommuting, but, understandably, they weren't ready
to deal with that along with everything else. If Lucent RABU wanted to
hire me back (assuming a decent offer, etc - the usual) I'd take it. My
current job is rather unchallenging, boring actually.

But methinks you overbill me - I'm not a development engineer, nor a DSP
coder. Testing things, troubleshooting, solutions development - that's
where my strong points are. I'm a mediocre coder at best. I understand
the principles and concepts, and can to the logic flow - but I'd leave the
coding to someone who really knows what they are doing.
