(PM) set pool 0??

While trying to track down other problems, I looked at a 'sho global'
on my 2 pm's. One has no pool size showing next to the assigned
address, and the other pm3 has a pool size of ten. The one with no
pool size set is working fine, but the one with a pool size of 10 has
problems connecting users when it's busy......

Now, when I recently upgraded my CT1 from 10 lines to 24, I forgot I
had set the pool size to 10 and and never changed it. This is pretty
embarassing if this is the cause of my problems, but I would like
them to go away! I did change the pool size from 10 up to 24 and then
a 'save all'; according to the manual a reboot isn't necessary unless
you're decreasing the pool size. Now I get to wait and see if this
solves my problem.

Which brings me to my next question - what does the pm3 do if it has
a pool size of 10 and the 11th caller is waiting for an IP? It
doesn't seem to reissue an IP that's in use as that would allow me to
connect but with a hosed connection for me and someone else...
