This is completely meaningless. The old ADI modems used this field, the
new Lucent cards do not. But ComOS still tries to populate the field - so
you get garbage instead. This was a cosmetic error in ComOS, CmOS 3.8
fixes it - the fields are just omitted with the new cards.
This has come up on the list a few times in the past.
