Ain't no such thing as "normal"! The whole crux of the biscuit will be
what that end has for hardware, and what it supports. We have OR-U's,
Netopias and NTs with USR ISDN modems dialing in and doing MPPP connections
(one user even has this supported on DOV calls!).

There's nothing you have to do on the PM3 end to get this going; when the
client device makes the second connection, it informs the PM3 that it already
has one connection, just tie this new one to that, and the PM3 does so
happily. You've just got to tell the client to ask for it, which doesn't
appear to be happening.
