If you have a complicated network you can call their tech support ahead of time
and they will set aside additional time to make sure that you get online.
I have only "tried" once to deal with Cisco's support so far and the only
thing the guy could tell me was to buy a book, take classes, or purchase
their SNMP config program which I have only found to run in the mid 3k range.
I can't help but like the Livingston products. The support is excilent and
if you stump them, they will work with you.
