After fighting my telco provider today, it occurred to me that it might be
helpful to see more info on the PRI's. For some reason, the D channels were
up but 1/23 b channels would not come up. That info was provided by the
telo engineer.
Perhaps if we could fine out more (maybe we can and I just don't know how
yet) about the PRIs for the purpose of troubleshooting, I might have more
info to "help" bell find the problem. More times than not, the problem was
on the telco side and not the pm3 (in my experience at least).
