(PM) "Default" filter (fwd)

Sure - add the 'default' filter to the 'DEFAULT' entry in RADIUS. If
you mean set it on the ports or in the NAS - NO.

And you can have ONE input and/or ONE output filter. So you can never have
BOTH a default and a 'mailonly' filter - you'd have to roll the default
settings into any special filters too. Which is easy enough to do.

It would be nice to see something like Cisco's "no ip directed-broadcast"
in ComOS, 'set smurf on|off' ;-) You there Josh?
