First, unless you're routing a subnet, the netmask should
be 255.255.255.255 - but this shouldn't cause it not to work,
and DUN doesn't even have a place for a netmask so I don't quite
understand where you put it. You shouldn't put anything regarding
the dialup connection in CP/NETWORK.

Specify the static address in DUN and make sure "use default gateway
on remote network" is checked.

Note that some versions of windows are fscked as far as recognizing
whether to send traffic over the dialup connection or over the LAN
when both are installed. Make sure you have SP1 installed and latest
DUN, and unless your LAN requires it, do not specify a default
gateway in CP/NETWORK.
