Now, have you done an attach and manually dialed from the port to this
number or an office number? Have you tried an AT&N55 to set it to voice
mode and then call out? If your PRI has only voice service it will only
work if the at &N55 is set. You can also to a 'set <location> voice on' to
test it also.
