set loc whatever comp stac
on the PM3 on our end, and the OR-U on their end, saved the location
tables, and brought the link back up. Now, how the heck do you know if
STAC is on? There's no mention of it in a sh sXX on either the PM3 or
OR-U... Is there a way to tell, other than ftping something to/from and
seeing what speed I get? (that won't work because there is other traffic
on the line)
