(PM) analog modem dialout woes (fwd)

Why are you using a local IP? This is abnormal. Is the ISP forcing you to
use this IP for this end of your connection?

Normally the PM's ethernet IP is used and no local IP is set.

You should use a dial group other than 0.

Why so slow? I'd expect 115200 here, on all three. This is going to
bottleneck.
