No - and yes.

No, in that a PM has ONE pool of IPs.

Yes, in that you could hack RADIUS to look at Called-Station-Id or the
like, maintain local IP pools, and assign them from RADIUS.

I wouldn't use the port number, since I think those are pooled too.
