Have you talked to Lucent about this personally or written a letter? Have
you given them a chance to help you out or made them officially aware of
the issues you have? I really hate to see postings like this.
We have PM 3's running PERFECTLY, people are VERY happy with the speeds
they get. Obviously, mileage may vary due to MANY variables for which
Livingston has little controi, e.g. customer modems, customer lines, CO
equipment, etc...
We used to have a 28000 piece of garbage known as an Ascend Max BTW.
