Nope, it is something else. The resets counter shows '0' so the Ethernet
interface isn't getting reset--things looks totally normal. Since this is
with 3.8b15, make sure it gets reported to Support and a ticket gets
opened. Hopefully there is something in common with the group of people
who are experiencing this in b15.
